A little over a month ago, a Mexican client initiated steel structure cooperation negotiations with us, outlining their core requirements for a commercial building project. Unlike ordinary factory buildings, this commercial building project needed to balance aesthetics, internal space flexibility, and building safety. They specifically requested a customized steel structure consisting of six shipping containers, with far more stringent requirements regarding component strength, seismic resistance, and spatial span compatibility than usual. From initial communication to finalizing the design, our team consistently prioritized the client's needs. Considering the unique nature of international 

communication, we held 2-3 online meetings weekly, sharing design documents in real-time. We meticulously analyzed the client's building plans and functional requirements page by page—from the impact of shop floor heights on steel beam spacing to the overall seismic resistance requirements of the building necessitating specific steel types—all were repeatedly discussed and confirmed. Given Mexico's earthquake-prone geological conditions, we also specifically consulted local building codes and invited structural engineers to participate in the design review. The three final design proposals, perfectly tailored to the commercial building's space utilization and safety needs, won the client's approval, leading to a successful collaboration. Our clients' trust stems from our solid capabilities. As a company specializing in steel structure manufacturing, we hold a Class A qualification for steel structure engineering contracting, ISO9001 quality system certification, EU CE certification, and US AWS welding certification. These authoritative certificates cover the entire process of design, production, and installation, providing a strong guarantee of product quality. Even more trustworthy is our design team: all 15 core designers have over 12 years of industry experience, with 5 having participated in the steel structure design of overseas commercial complexes, possessing a deep understanding of the dual requirements of commercial buildings for space utilization and structural stability. In this collaboration, the design team innovatively adopted a large-span steel beam design, ensuring structural strength while reducing the number of columns, thus securing more leasable space for the client's commercial building. This detail was a key factor in the client's choice of us. Currently, the factory workshop is working diligently to produce 6 container steel structures. Inside the workshop, automated CNC cutting equipment precisely cuts Q355B high-strength steel, with errors controlled to the millimeter level; welding robots complete node welding according to preset programs, ensuring that every weld meets seismic resistance standards; the quality inspection team follows up throughout the process, conducting ultrasonic non-destructive testing on each steel beam and testing the thickness and adhesion of the anti-corrosion coating to resolutely prevent any quality problems. Currently, production is 50% complete, and all components will be produced and packaged according to plan to ensure timely shipment to Mexico. Choosing steel structure construction for commercial buildings offers particularly significant advantages. Firstly, high construction efficiency and short cycle: Steel structure components are prefabricated in the factory and directly assembled on site, eliminating the need for curing like concrete structures. Compared to traditional methods, this shortens the construction cycle by 35%-40%, helping clients quickly complete and attract tenants. Secondly, high strength and light weight: We use Q355B steel with a tensile strength of over 355MPa, capable of withstanding the load requirements of commercial buildings. At the same time, the steel structure's weight is only 1/3 that of a concrete structure, significantly reducing foundation construction costs and the overall building load. Thirdly, 

good seismic performance and high space utilization: The steel structure is highly resilient, effectively absorbing energy during earthquakes, meeting local seismic requirements in Mexico. Furthermore, the flexible component connections allow for large-span, column-free designs, enabling more flexible interior space layouts for commercial buildings and enhancing the usability of shops and customer experience. From needs assessment to production implementation, we consistently approach every step with a professional and rigorous attitude. In the future, we will continue to strictly control quality to ensure the timely delivery of the six container steel structures, helping our clients build high-quality commercial buildings in Mexico.
