8% Price Advantage and Precise Solutions: Securing the Steel Structure Order for a Southeast Asian Poultry Farm Building

2025-11-20 SHOWCASE 0 Views

A Southeast Asian client plans to build a large-scale poultry farm and needs to purchase customized steel structures for the main structure of the farm, the division of the breeding area, and the installation of ventilation equipment supports. The client had previously screened six steel structure manufacturers both domestically and internationally. By comparing raw material procurement costs, processing technology quotations, overall project budgets, and the specificity of the aquaculture farm design solutions, the client ultimately preferred to engage in in-depth discussions with our factory. Our factory not only offers a price 8% lower than the industry average for the same configuration standards, but also provides a design solution that is more precisely tailored to the specific needs of the aquaculture scenario.

The core advantages of the design scheme lie in its ability to handle emergencies: First, considering the frequent rainy season in the area, the design of the steel structure drainage nodes has been optimized, and roof gutters have been widened and drainage channels have been added to prevent rainwater from eroding the breeding area. Second, taking into account the potential disease prevention and control needs of poultry farming, disinfection channel interfaces and ventilation duct expansion space have been reserved in the steel structure frame to facilitate rapid upgrades to disease prevention facilities. Third, the structural earthquake resistance and rodent and termite prevention design have been strengthened, using hot-dip galvanizing + anti-corrosion coating for double protection, combined with anti-termite treatment to address potential insect and termite infestation problems in the breeding environment. Based on their approval of the proposed solution, the client requested an on-site inspection of our factory's production capabilities. On the day of the visit, we arranged for a professional team to accompany the client throughout the visit, leading them on a tour of the core production workshop—showcasing in detail the H-beam CNC cutting production line, automated steel structure welding equipment, and finished product testing laboratory, and demonstrating the mechanical property testing process of the raw materials (Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel); afterwards, the client visited the technology R&D center and project case exhibition hall in the office building, where we showed them 12 large-scale livestock farm steel structure projects completed in the past 3 years, raw material quality inspection reports, and production process control documents. After inspecting the advanced nature of the production equipment, the standardization of the processes, and the quality details of the finished products, the client highly recognized our production capabilities and project experience.

Ultimately, both parties reached a formal cooperation agreement on the spot and signed a contract. The client paid a 30% deposit via cross-border transfer on the same day, confirming an order for 220 tons of customized steel structure components, including factory columns, beams, supporting trusses, and livestock area partition frames. Currently, our factory has started order scheduling, and related production and inventory preparation work is progressing according to plan.
